Hi guys! My name is Amelia, and I’m a fitness enthusiast and wellness advocate on a mission to help others build a balanced, joyful life!

My fitness journey began as a way to push my limits—both physically and mentally. As a child, I loved staying active through hiking, swimming, and gymnastics. But during high school and college, my activity levels dropped, leaving me feeling disconnected from my body and overall well-being.

In August 2022, I decided to make a change—and this time, I stuck with it! Since then, I’ve been on a health journey that has shown me how movement, proper nutrition, and mindfulness can transform not just the body, but the mind as well.

When I’m not running, lifting, or doing yoga, you’ll probably find me exploring new coffee shops, shopping at thrift stores, or experimenting in the kitchen. I also have a degree in biochemistry and experience coaching sports. I believe fitness should be enjoyable, not a chore, and I’m excited to share my journey with you!
